Sara Lankshear RN, PhD has extensive experience partnering with health care organizations who seek out her expertise regarding professional practice structures & roles, scope of practice, role clarity, and models of care delivery. She has a great passion for creating systems-processes-practices that enable optimal professional practice and quality patient outcomes.
Sara brings a unique combination of expertise in the areas of Nursing & health care, adult education, organizational development, change management, program evaluation and research methods when working with clients. She has shared her experiences through publications and presentations at numerous provincial, national, and international conferences.
